We are looking for 3 participants for the Training Course “Lab to Life” which will take place in Kiev – Ukraine, from 21th to 29th of September 2021.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project aimed at 30 youth workers, aims to promote the idea of technology and audiovisual media as part of the daily work of
the young workers and as a source for greater opportunities to pass on to young people, in an innovative way, all those values of solidarity, understanding of diversity, reception and inclusion. We want to raise awareness of the fact that audiovisual technology can be used very effectively both as a non-formal education tool for young people and as an excellent way to develop their skills to the full. Space will be given to the deepening of social communication through the analysis and experimentation of the opportunities that social networks in particular represent for young people and youth workers. We want to introduce audiovisual technology and a better understanding of social communication, as a privileged means to develop a greater understanding of diversity and promote inclusion in society.

FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF THE PROJECT
This project is financed by the Erasmus+ program.
Food, accommodation and training are fully covered by Erasmus+, a participation fee of € 30,00 is requested per
person for personal insurance, due to “covid” we are obliged to insure each participant by international insurance company.
The travel costs are reimbursed up to limit, these limits are described in the table below.
The project will cover only expenses during the project days:
21.09 (arrival day) – 29.09.2021 (departure day).
You can anticipate the outward or return for maximum two days (at your expense), like Erasmus+ rules, if not We cannot reimburse your trip.
The use of the car is not allowed.
Please note that to be able to reimburse your travel costs we need all your original travel documents.
Are allowed only online tickets, online boarding passes and online invoices!
BOARDING PASS AND TRAVEL TICKET CAN BE MADE ONLY ONLINE.
About the travel tickets you have to forward to us the e-mail received by your bus/train/airline
company.
About the boarding, WE NEED THE ORIGINAL ONE GENERATED BY YOUR AIRLINE
COMPANY SO WITHOUT IT WE CANNOT PROCEED TO REIMBURSE YOU.
Do not forget: before purchasing the tickets to consult your host and sending organization!
The reimbursement will be done during the mobility only if you are able to provide to us all tickets and boardings.
A copy of your identity card/Passport will be required.

Travel limit for Spain 360€
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Transport: The project will take place in Kiev- Ukraine.
We propose to fly to Kiev-Žuljany airport or Boryspil airport and from there to use Uber, Bolt, etc..
to come to the hotel. We will reimburse such cost it if you come together with your National team.
